Botswana Wildlife Images
Botswana is one of my favourite places. And I do not mean just a portion or section of Botswana... I mean the country as a whole. I have been going to Botswana from the late 80's for various reasons, and then already I fell in love with the country. My first real experience of wildlife in Botswana was during the early 1990's when I first visited the Chobe area. I must admit... by then Botswana was already my favourite African destination. It did not take much for me to realise how much I really appreciated the country, its people and off course the wildlife. During April 2014 I visited the Moremi National Park, of which the Kwai-area is part. The trip to the Kwai took me through areas, specifically the Makgadikgadi Pans with which I fell in love from the second I arrived there. The Moremi and the Kwai areas are fantastic havens for wildlife, wildlife lovers and photographers, boasting leopard, lion and the rest of the Big-5 in settings that must be experienced. The photos shown here are but an inkling of what the country is able to offer...
